Studywiz - FAQ

What is Studywiz?

Studywiz is a secure online Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) designed to work the way your school works. Teachers can spend more time teaching and less time on repetitive tasks, students are given the tools they need to succeed and parents too can take an active role in their child’s education through the Studywiz VLE system. Studywiz connects teachers, students, parents and other members of the school community together whilst automating workflows within a personalised learning environment.

  • I do not have a computer at home
    Students have access to a computer at break, lunch or after school. We also have a 30 minute study period where computers can be used.
  • I do not want to download any material on my computer that may carry a virus
    Each item that is sent from the school is virus checked. We strongly recommend that you have up to date virus protection on your own equipment.The school does not accept any responsibility for any loss of data on any personal equipment.
  • I am a student and I am having difficulty logging in
    Each student’s log in is the same as their school log in. If this fails then the problem needs to be reported to the school IT department. Students or parents can fill out this form here or email us studywizhelp@castle.kent.sch.uk. We aim to to contact you within 48 hours. 
  • If everything else fails
    The student must get the assignment/homework in paper form from the teacher. It is the student’s responsibility to complete the work on time.
